Close to train station. Clean room. Comfortable bed. AC worked well. Wonderful and helpful staff. New and comfortable interior. Lots of transport options. Plenty of eating places nearby. Spacious bedding and lounge area. Well designed bathroom. Great view from windows. Quiet and well appointed.

the hotel created a warm environment. in the evening we visited genji, set very close to the property. friendly host running the hotel. liked the cozy decor in our room.

We had a great stay at this place, it's a fantastic spot for exploring the area, and the staff were absolutely wonderful.

The hotel staff were wonderful, cheerful and helpful. The hotel interior is new. It is really comfortable for our stay. It is so close to the station. Lots of transport from here all over Mt Fuji. This is really important if you have a few luggages to carry. Plenty of eating places around the station near the hotel. We spent most time during our stay in the five lakes area. If it is raining can spend good time in the outlets. 1-3 days Fuji and Hakone Pass will have you covered if you like to tour this area. Beautiful Mt Fuji, Cherry Blossom and Spring flowers. JR bullet train to Tokyo or Kyoto, etc. Or local train to Gotemba, etc. However quite a bit of time spent in getting from one place to another each day. I had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

Christmas Stay

We recently stayed at a hotel in Mishima over Christmas and had a great time. The hotel was conveniently located close to public transportation, which made it easy for us to explore the area and nearby attractions. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They even helped us arrange a special Christmas surprise for our kids. Another advantage of the hotel was the spacious and well-appointed rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and modern amenities.

The lack of dining options in the immediate area. Although there were plenty of restaurants located near the train station, we found ourselves struggling to find something that appealed to the entire family.

The hotel staff were really helpful and attentive to our needs. The rooms were modern with comfortable bedding, and the bathroom was well designed with all the amenities we needed. the location of the hotel was really convenient as it was close to the transportation hub, making it easy to see the surrounding areas.

We were a bit uneasy walking to the hotel from the train station, as there were some bars in the area with people soliciting for customers. It's worth noting that we arrived in the evening which may have contributed to our discomfort.

We loved staying in this hotel due to its location close to the train station. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the staff were helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, with a well-designed bathroom, comfortable bed, and great view to the mountains from the bank of windows.

Cannot find any fault.

This hotel is a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area. It's so close to the train station that you won't have to worry about carrying your luggage far. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area to keep you busy during your stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You'll appreciate the spacious bedding and well-designed bathroom that provides a great view to the mountains outside. the hotel is quiet and well-appointed, making it perfect for a peaceful night's sleep.

There was one aspect of our stay that was not ideal. The hotel's location is not the best, with some questionable characters hanging around the area that can make you feel a little unsafe at times.
